The hotel’s proximity to Grand Batam Mall and everything else is a plus, but the hangers are insufficient 😆; otherwise the room is very roomy and I liked it.

Good Location. Check it with no soap and shampoo and shower drain blocked. Aircon was not cold, inform front desk he give another room, check in to another room and found the room not clean and all used. Inform front desk again he mentioned to give another room but found out that all the room were not clean at 8pm and no housekeeping available and left home, front desk mentioned that they have no more clean room to give. They came and clean the aircon and found very dirty resulting to the room being very warm after 3hr in the room. After 1 hr still hot. And we just have the worst stay ever! Next morning the front desk apologized. But we were lost for words already as very disappointed in the service

Muy bien conservado, céntrico, cama muy cómoda, pero no tenía nevera en la habitación.

The price is cheap and the room is modern and quite clean, but the toilet choked. It’s a walking distance to Grand Mall even though it’s just behind it, and driving to the hotel is tricky because you have to pass local houses and their vehicles parked in front.
