The location is perfect, the premises are clean, and the hotel is convenient before heading out on the Camino de Santiago. A stamp for the credential would have been useful.

The online check‑in is a real convenience, and there are plenty of nearby services like hostels, shops, and a mall, so you can walk around easily. It’s decent for a single night in the city. The bed was a bit tight for taller people. There’s a lot of traffic early in the morning, and it’s all audible. The shower’s temperature is hard to get right, and the bathroom light goes out after you close the door and wait a bit.

The location is excellent for heading to the historic center, and the place is very clean. The noise from other rooms was too loud.

Everything was perfect 👌🏽, the woman who answers the phone is very friendly and helpful. Everything else was fine.

Communication was easy and the staff were kind. The location is great and the value for money is spot on. The room was a passing one, next to the elevator and near key lockers for other rooms, which caused noise and voices at different times and made it hard to sleep – that’s the only downside that lowered my rating. They told us they’re aware of this and are considering moving the key lockers (while avoiding rooms 101 and 201). The bathroom light timer forces you to “dance” to reactivate it when showering or using the toilet.
