“Catastrophique”
Catastrophic. A regrettable experience. The owner never communicated. No arrival instructions were given, so I had to message them to find out how to get to my room a few hours after arrival. That was just the start of the hostility. When I arrived, I found the toilet in an indescribable state, the flush didn’t work, there were no toilet towels, and the fridge was unplugged, moldy, and smelled intolerable. I tried to contact the owner, who never answered calls, only texts, saying they could do nothing and that they weren’t the actual owners. No solution or remedy was offered, just a pathetic discount. I had to book another place at 9 p.m. This place should be removed from all booking sites; it’s a disgrace. The location is also disappointing—just skip it.
I misunderstood the booking, but the address listed on Booking isn’t the property’s address. I was disappointed because I wanted to be close to my workplace and ended up having to drive.
