I was treated to coffee when I heard that breakfast would be unavailable the next day. The hotel is a wedding venue, not a hotel, so there was no breakfast offered.

The building is pretty, the courtyard is large, warm, and suitable for corporate events; the rooms are spacious, bright, and luxurious. It feels like a modern castle with a closed-off area. The price doesn’t match what was expected. The room and corridor were dusty, there was no TV, and the wall only had a small space left. The floor in the room and shower was dirty, and instead of a soap dish there were three shampoo bottles. The bed was clean, but the pillows were excessively large. Early in the morning we woke to noise from a nearby concrete plant. Breakfast, which was a separate charge, was not ordered because we thought it might not meet expectations. Also, when we booked the room, the website said we were “reserved,” because everything is usually booked there. As a result, we were the only guests in the entire huge hall. We were disappointed and didn’t like it.

All services were lacking. The breakfast was ridiculous. The coffee machine was broken. The staff were slow to the point of exhaustion.
