“ROACHES!”

Nothing positive. Roaches, a mildewy A/C, broken windows, plumbing problems, black mold in the bathroom, an unclean room with hair on the floor, and rotting food in the trash can. They kept moving me to different rooms for various reasons. They lied about the deposit transfer and charged me twice; when I called Rebecca hung up. I filed a complaint, but management never reached out. The roaches alone justify a refund. The place hasn’t been updated in years, still has popcorn ceilings and probably asbestos. Don’t stay here.

“AWFUL!”

Nothing positive to mention. The original room had roaches, a mildew‑infested A/C, broken windows, plumbing issues, and so on, so I had to move rooms. They claimed my deposit would transfer to the new room, but instead they charged my card again and added a $100 deposit, tying up $200 instead of $100. My card balance went negative. When I called, Rebecca yelled at me, told me to wait for my bank to process the refund and remove the authorization, and then hung up. I understand it’s a budget lodge, but this treatment was completely unacceptable.

“Terrible I will never stay at Wyndham again”

Convenient location, but the TV cabinet was broken so the TV leaned oddly, and the carpet was wet—only noticed after we slipped off our shoes that evening.

“Bed bugs do bite!”

The price was good, but the first room had bugs on the bed—we asked for a new room, and the second room had bed bugs.

“it was restful and enjoyable.”

We enjoyed the distance from downtown to the hotel. The drain in the bathtub was very slow draining. by the time we were done showering the water level was about our ankles
