The breakfast was plentiful, and the receptionist tried to help us feel comfortable. There was a closed parking lot. Unfortunately, the wellness and spa were completely non‑functional, making the accommodation expensive for the value we received. I found it unacceptable that the rooms opened onto the communal area, which would become noisy with multiple guests. The beds were unbearably hard; we all rolled around all night waiting for morning. A major downside was that during our stay the water shortage caused the wellness and spa services to shut down. Because these were key services, their absence significantly ruined the experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed a few nights during the F1 weekend, and the location was great for our destination. The price per night was very high, which made the process at other accommodations feel less appealing.

The stay was very pleasant, with a large, secure, closed courtyard parking lot. The staff were kind, helpful, and the breakfast was generous and tasty. The bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were well equipped. I really liked the free mini‑bar where I could have coffee, tea, or snacks at any time of day. I will definitely come back.
