The hotel was closed, and the neighbors on the opposite side say it hasn’t been operating for months… they should probably deregister it from their system. Arriving in Chiapas at 8 pm only to find the hotel closed where you booked was the worst experience.

I loved the location, the cleanliness, and the silence; everything was brand new, just as the photos showed. The bed and shower were excellent, and the staff were very attentive. The only drawback was the lack of shelves or niches to store the items we took out of our luggage.

The hotel was horrible, nothing like the photos, and there was no hot water. I would never return or recommend it. There was no light, it was very cramped, and without hot water I had to leave the hotel.
