Hotel very cared for, very new, with many details and it deserves more stars than it has. We liked the homemade breakfast prepared by the owner, very good. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very cozy. From here you can go to explore the whole area, ideal for moving around. The owner, a young woman, very friendly and kind, was attentive and made us feel at home. That modern touch is noticeable, very rural but very modern. The door codes are something great, pleasantly surprised us. Nothing that we didn’t like.

The location is great for exploring Urdaibai and nearby beaches, and there's a large free parking lot next to the hotel. The breakfast was very satisfying, though I found the hotel’s dinner restaurant a bit pricey. The room was clean and spacious, but the sound insulation was the only drawback.

The building is beautiful, impeccably clean, and almost shows no signs of wear. The staff member we met was lovely. The place felt oddly quiet, but the self‑check‑in with a code was very easy, and we didn’t notice any other guests, which was fine.

The location is excellent for exploring the entire Urdaibai biosphere reserve, the beds are very comfortable, everything is spotless, and the breakfasts are 100 % homemade and delicious. Mikele is very friendly and recommended many places to visit and eat. There’s no parking problem at the hotel, and a grill restaurant sits right next to it. Everything was wonderful.
