Breakfast was perfect and the location is wonderful. I didn’t use the pool, but I saw kids swimming there.

I liked the facilities, the location, the friendliness and quickness of the staff, the gym, gardens, and heated pool. Breakfast was varied, and the staff even brought coffee and milk right to the table. The staff near the elevators offered free tickets to real‑estate investment parks, which felt very intrusive in Gramado. I also noticed the pool lacks a safety rail.

I especially appreciated how much care was shown to my husband on his birthday. They made a petit gateau, sang “happy birthday,” decorated the room with balloons, and gave us a box of chocolates and a congratulatory card. Thank you for the attention!
