The hotel sits in the heart of the city, close to the historic centre, and the room was spacious; breakfast was hearty and parking could be accessed directly from the hotel.

I stayed in the historic centre and the staff were friendly, the room’s double glass was sound‑proofed and the cleaning was good. The downside was having to combine two single beds into one double and the breakfast had very few options for a hotel of this class; I’d like to see complimentary water and paper towels added to the room.

The hotel is great, very well situated, within half an hour of most city attractions, and the staff were friendly. The air conditioner was very dirty, so we turned it off; we requested cleaning the next day but it never happened. Because my wife and I have respiratory issues, proper AC cleaning is crucial for us, and the hotel should handle it.

The location was fine. However, the room lacked basic self‑service items such as a kettle, glasses, and a coffee machine.
