The staff were there and explained everything, so it was very clear. The futon had a lot of hair on it, and it didn’t feel like it was being changed each time. I sent a message through the app about the check‑in time, but got no reply, which made me anxious until I arrived. I also didn’t know if a staff member would be there to help or if there was a key‑unlocking method, which added to my unease.
