I stayed for 7 nights and paid around 200 USD, maybe less. For that price, the place is fine! I didn’t like the location; it’s in old Dubai where nothing really is happening, so you need transportation to visit attractions. The staff were friendly, and overall it’s good for the price.

A small single room, lockable, with a large built‑in wardrobe. Check‑in was poorly handled, there were cockroaches in the kitchen, bedbugs on the bed, a roommate peeing on the toilet seat in the shared bathroom, no toilet paper provided (you have to buy it yourself), and the drain in the shared bathroom is broken.

Close to the Mall of the Emirates, good value for money. When we arrived we had to communicate via WhatsApp because the exact address and apartment weren’t indicated, and we had to wait for the woman to open the door. She also told us she wouldn’t be there until later, but we were already in check‑in time.
