I was severely bitten by bed bugs at this hotel, leaving large, painful blisters on my arms and some wounds leaking clear fluid. It was a distressing experience, and I urge the hotel to investigate and act immediately so other guests aren’t affected.

The room was nothing like the photo, and the hotel itself differed from what was described. They advertised a paper and sapphire room with seven doors, yet I ended up on the sixth floor without a left side, and they upgraded me to a £90 room that didn’t justify the extra £30. Everything felt like a scam.
