“Rip off!!! Booking. com did not refund even though we cancelled with front desk after finding bedbug”

We never stayed; I cancelled at the front desk but never got a refund even though I had paid for travel insurance. The customer service was terrible—no telephone number, and I sent several emails with no response.

When I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 p.m. the lady at the front desk was very kind but told me all the elevators were broke she been trying to call but she didn't have my number my room was on the second floor which meant stairs they they did not offer any kind of credit or reduction just said take it or leave it8. Cool room

I found everything in terrible condition, everything is super old. I didn't like any part of this place; it's a super run-down pig.

“The price was greatly inflated due to sports activities in OKC the place was sold out.”

I stayed at this hotel many years ago and it was in much nicer condition at that time. It is in bad need of repairs. The entry door is difficult to open and close
