“Good”
The breakfast selection was decent for the price, but the Wi‑Fi was painfully slow and never connected.

The place was in a good spot, but the room was unclean and there were homeless people hanging around all night.

I wasn’t happy with the location at all, and the room smelled like mold and mildew, had a filthy carpet, broken windows, and serious safety concerns.

The location was convenient, yet the bathroom floor was covered in hair and the shower wasn’t very clean.

The location was fine, but everything was a mess: the room was dirty, clothes were in the closet, the toilet had pee, the fridge had sticky residue, the sheets had hair and stains, and it smelled like an ash‑tray; the front desk staff seemed indifferent.
