The guys were attentive, yet they charged us for checking in two hours early when the room was already ready, which felt stingy. The pool was green, the sheets were dirty, there was not enough toilet paper, and mold and grime were everywhere. Breakfast was sparse and offered almost nothing. Rats squeaked through the walls at night.

Nothing, we paid and left. The hygiene in the accommodation was downright bad. There was mold on the walls and a strong, musty, unpleasant smell in the room. There were also several stains on the bed linens. We asked multiple times for the linens to be replaced; this was eventually done, but even the new linens were dirty and had stains underneath. The situation was so unhygienic and unpleasant that we decided to leave immediately. We did not stay a single night. This was absolutely not what we expected and we found the state and hygiene of the accommodation totally unacceptable. We are very disappointed with our stay.

The pool was lovely; we only stayed one night and didn't have breakfast, but the room was clean and comfortable. Nothing else to complain about—great value.
