Located in Sierra y Cañones de Guara Nature Reserve, it offers a library, bar, tour desk, and on-site adventure sports arrangements.

The décor creates a very pleasant atmosphere, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is very complete. I’d add that the mattress feels a bit soft.

The location is perfect and the room was very good. I especially liked the small breakfast lounge. Nothing really felt bad.

The hotel is excellent, well‑situated at the start of the town, quiet, and the staff are very friendly. You have to park outside the town, a 5‑minute walk, though you can pull the car close enough to load and unload.

I think the entire hotel was decorated with a design set bought from Maisons du Monde in the early 90s. Everything is pretty and well coordinated, but it probably needs a rethink now. The room itself was bright, super comfortable, and quite spacious. We picked a front one with a small balcony overlooking the church below, the castle above, and the beautiful countryside. Absolutely divine, especially when a flock of about 50 gryphon vultures circled right above us—just spectacular! The breakfast, included in the room rate, was adequate. The hot food could have been hotter, the coffee stronger, and the bread and pastries uninspiring. Still, the breakfast area is bright and attractive with crisp white tablecloths and cheerful service. Bedside power sockets require crawling on hands and knees and reaching under the bedside tables to get to the wall—our knees and backs don’t like that. The sliding glass bathroom door needs fixing because it doesn’t close properly (Room 107). So, ignoring any privacy, we left it open, which meant you could see yourself sitting on the toilet in the wardrobe mirror facing you.
