We stayed in a lake‑view room and the scenery was stunning; the restaurant was excellent and convenient, and two very sweet and helpful servers went out of their way for us. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was faulty and we felt uncomfortable, plus there was a mildew smell in the bathroom that seemed to come from the shower drain.

The location and the panoramic lake view from the terrace at breakfast were great, and the staff were pleasant, but the noise was a problem: the room was not insulated at all, street sounds, neighbors, vacuum cleaner noise made it impossible to sleep after 6:30 am, and we couldn’t enjoy the garden because it was swarmed with mosquitoes.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the views across lake como were stunning

The terrace was nice, but the restaurant had a long wait, the portions were small, the window in the room was poorly insulated, and the cars and especially the motorcycles outside made too much noise.
