I’ve stayed at An many times, but this time I felt a little regret. Issues: I was in room 201, which looked quite deteriorated, with peeling walls and a broken toilet. At night, around 8 pm, the lights were suddenly off, making it hard to navigate the slippery hallway; I had to use a flashlight. The staff’s energy‑saving measures were risky for guests because the stairs were slick. I hope An can improve the service to its former level and renovate the rooms to avoid further deterioration.

The team were incredibly friendly, even carrying my luggage both on arrival and departure; the room was clean, roomy and fully equipped, with a spectacular view through floor‑to‑ceiling glass that made sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The complimentary water station let me sip while admiring the scenery, and the motorbikes for rent were brand‑new and high‑quality. All in all, a fantastic stay in Đà Lạt – my second time choosing An Garden and I’ve never been disappointed. The construction next door caused a bit of noise at certain times of the day, but it was otherwise tolerable.

The room is new, beautiful, and clean. The staff are very enthusiastic and helpful, always ready to assist. The hotel’s view also includes the recently hot Vinaphone tower. At night, the hotel lights are also very nice.
