They advertised air‑conditioning, but there was none, the pool was filthy, and it’s not suitable for families.

I booked three rooms with air conditioning because my family needed it for a comfortable stay. When we arrived, none of the rooms had AC. I asked to cancel and received a refund, which I appreciate. However, the issue went beyond the refund: I had to make a round trip, wasting money and time, and the whole situation was a major disappointment for my family. I regret that such a critical mistake caused so many inconveniences, and no compensation or solution was offered for the extra costs and distress. Please consider this situation and propose an appropriate compensation.
