“Awful”
Nothing was good. The staff were poor, the rooms were unclean, the gym was in terrible condition, the shower smelled bad, and there was no toilet roll.

The service was really good. The bathroom had a broken shower door that fell apart while I was showering, and the drain was clogged.

The hotel was top‑class in every way. However, even though you’re often by the sea, you can’t swim there. Some beaches are accessible for swimmers, but they’re not quite “European” standards—they’re more for locals.

The view was great and the staff were friendly, but the price felt too high for the quality and the location was far away.

We stayed only one night in the hotel with four people, and the staff were very friendly and helpful; the breakfast was adequate and the seaside location was nice, though the hotel feels old. If you manage the room’s cleanliness and smell, you can sleep well and the mattresses are good; we had spent the previous night on a flight. It’s no longer an elite hotel, and it should be the last vacation day (Istanbul, Seoul, Istanbul). The room’s cleanliness and smell need modernization, and the breakfast offered only a simple coffee machine—today it’s expected to have a cappuccino or latte. The orange juice was an artificial mix that didn’t match the rest of the food, which was otherwise very good and reminded us of a vacation in Yugoslavia.
