The staff were good, but the room cleanliness left something to be desired.

“Overall experience was poor as compared to brand Ginger, as I have stayed couple of Ginger hotels.”

Compared to other Ginger hotels I've stayed at, this one felt overall poor. The room’s AC was ineffective, the fan was noisy, and the food service and reception were subpar.

The buffet breakfast was decent, yet the room was small, the bed uncomfortable, the towels worn, and the sheets and pillows were not cleaned.
