I’m still waiting for my refund because I didn’t receive any accommodation and I didn’t know I had to talk to you, so I ended up with no reservation and no money back for the night of 14 02 2026. I’ll file a complaint with Profeco to see if I can get my money back! I also called the number listed in your app for Hotel Casa de Arnold and no one answered! I hope you’ll refund my reservation! Thanks! This is still a form of fraud on your part for not warning us in your booking app! The aforementioned is all that matters!

It was the worst disappointment – we arrived to find the place closed and abandoned, no one answered, only neighbors told us they had been scammed and that other tourists had already arrived. We had to find another hotel, which left us owing for a night because of the holiday crowd and no vacancies. It was the most uncomfortable trip of our lives; hopefully booking will take this into account. We couldn’t get away because it was deserted.

We were scammed; the place is still listed in this app and we booked through it, but when we arrived the location was closed and the neighbors told us it had been shut for months with no operation, and many other families had already been defrauded. A terrible experience that ruined our trip.

They didn’t even let me stay; there was no one, it was locked with a padlock, I called and no one answered – just wasted money and time.
