Nothing was good at all, and the staff were irresponsible.

The room was huge, which was great, but it wasn’t clean—cockroaches were everywhere, the bed was dirty, the TV didn’t work, and the Wi‑Fi signal was awful.

The photos were misleading, showing a grocery store and gym instead of the hotel; it’s only on the top floor, and when I got there I felt tricked by fake pictures—there was no clear entrance, no visible reception, just local shops and a few rooms on the top floor, so I cancelled and didn’t stay.
