The building is well situated in a pleasant residential area, easily connected to the city center by public transport or a short taxi ride. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, varied, and constantly restocked, with staff always available to meet any request. The deluxe room is spacious and equipped with the necessary comforts, though the decor is unfinished. The wellness centre is charming and well maintained, boasting two indoor pools, an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, two Turkish baths, and two saunas. It has huge potential, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. During our stay not all services were operational and the water temperature in the indoor pools was quite cold, given the mild temperatures at the start of October. It was a real shame for those of us who had planned a relaxed, extended trip through Uzbekistan.

The staff were genuinely friendly and the common areas were pretty good, but our room had no window and looked nothing like the photos, with a bad smell and a clear need for renovation, more lighting, and better cleaning. The breakfast was the worst part – it wasn’t fresh and the food was strange.

Three pools, a sauna, and a spacious courtyard with tables 👍, though there’s no heating in the pools, which isn’t a deal‑breaker.

“Good enough for a couple of nights”

The property was clean and the staff were very nice and attentive, yet our room had no additional light besides the ceiling lamp, so it wasn’t cozy. The pool had a strong chlorine odor, and the area felt dull; you’ll need a car to get around, although taxis are super cheap.
