Absolutely nothing! It had no vacancies yet still booked me and refuses to give a full refund.

I never actually checked into the hotel because they cancelled my booking after the health board declared the pool unsafe. The room that was shown online was tiny and filthy, nothing like the pictures. There was no pool at all, just a closed-off area. I’m demanding a full refund and had to book elsewhere.

The place is in a great spot, the bed was cozy, the shower pressure was solid, parking was plenty, and breakfast was good.

The staff were amazing, always ready to help and very attentive to every need. The manager on duty was polite and professional. I’d recommend this hotel to family and friends.
