The location is excellent and the area is great, but it gets very noisy at night; the hostel staff were talking loudly into the early hours and you could hear everything from your room.

Not much to say positively; the service staff are shocking and don’t seem to care about their guests.

The staff were friendly, the spot in Laureles is solid, showers clean, bed comfy, towels there, kitchen and workspace good, outside area cute. The AC was weak, we booked a tour but they didn't say it was only in Spanish (we're British), and there was no shower gel.
