Giulia, the host, was extremely friendly. The rooms were amazing, and the location was fantastic—overall a great vacation. We were received warmly, almost family‑like. Nothing was missing, everything was perfect as it was.

The place is just a stone's throw from Piazza San Pietro, in a very quiet and safe area. The room had everything you could need, was very comfortable and roomy, all spotless and modern. Giulia greeted us flawlessly and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The listing didn’t mention that the owner lives on the premises with other guests, which I didn’t mind but would have liked to know beforehand.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, but the bathroom felt cramped and storage was limited.

Everything was perfect! The building is brand‑new, spotless, and the welcome was exceptional. Giulia treated us like sisters. Thank you so much.

You can walk to the Vatican and other sights, and the breakfast was great, but there was some street noise.
