Staff was very accommodating for me to check out on the same day with a full refund and only like $20 charge. My room was super dirty. There were MULTIPLE cigarette butts on the floor. I also make a habit of cleaning hotel rooms with my own wipes every time, and this time it was still dirty after the 4th wipe. Also the AC doesn’t seem to work at all, yet the staff insists that it does

Lovely place, very close to the metro station. Free water is available anytime, and the ice machine is very useful.

Good location near the electronics markets. The room and bathroom were nice. We had a non‑smoking room, but there was still a smell of smoke in the corridors and rooms.

While the hotel offered good value for the price, my stay was compromised by several issues, including inadequate soundproofing and a malfunctioning dryer.

Unfortunately, this hotel failed to impress, with its abandoned appearance and a disturbing surrounding area causing the guests to change their minds about checking in.
