The pool was comfortable, the small beach was cute, the room was ultra‑modern and cool, and the hall was spacious. There was entertainment. However, the room, though ultra‑modern, still had hospital‑style blinds and windows. Pay attention: parking costs 15 euros per day, and after dropping off luggage you have to park elsewhere. The buffet had few options; the food seemed reheated from the previous day, bland, and some items were very salty. Only the freshly cooked meat was acceptable. Breakfast was disappointing; coffee and cappuccino were awful, only the croissants were decent. The rest was a total letdown. The female staff were at the level of Ms. Trinciabue.

My stay was excellent; the room was very accommodating, clean, and spacious with a balcony and a beautiful sea view. The daily buffet and grill were presented to a high standard. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional, delivering a very high‑class service. The excursions were well presented with expert guidance and knowledge of the sites of interest. Highly recommended!

The hotel gives you direct access to the beach, which is quick and convenient. The food was poor quality, frozen and bland, and the coffee from the machine was almost undrinkable, too bitter and burnt. The waitstaff service was lacking, and the hygiene conditions were the same. At the pool bar they handed us potato chips wrapped in ants. The hot/cold water regulator was always temperamental, and we couldn’t take a proper shower. Water was also missing for about 12 hours.
