In September it was very quiet with a lot of greenery around. Short walk to the beach. Good breakfast and tasty dinner. The staff are absolutely friendly and helpful. Near supermarkets, bars, and taverns. No steep slopes. Very good for people with (slight) mobility problems. Transfer from Katapola was organized. Thank you! The mattress was too soft.

The location was good, fairly close to the beach. The room was clean and the staff were very polite.

I stayed at Pension Askas in a quiet spot just a 6‑minute walk from the beach; the room was clean and modern, the AC and hot water worked flawlessly, and I liked the patio with a nice mountain view and the screen on the door. The on‑site restaurant offered a lovely breakfast with homemade jam and hosted a dinner with live music one night, yet my room stayed quiet and I slept soundly. The highlight was Marios and his crew—friendly, responsive, and he even picked me up from Tholaria when I couldn’t find a taxi. They also provide very reasonably priced transport to and from Katapola port, 30 minutes away. Nothing negative.
