For a two‑star place it offers great value. The rooms are decent and clean, staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast room is a bit too small, but the food is adequate for the price. I’d recommend it to anyone who isn’t looking for five‑star service but wants a clean place with comfortable beds and enough breakfast to explore the city; it’s only two minutes on foot from Termini station and easy to get around.

We rented a room but were given a different one, and for two days we had to stay in that cramped room until they finally provided the correct one.

Nothing special, nothing terrible—just average. We expected better, but it was fine for a night’s stay and a place to sleep safely.

The staff were very attentive and helped us a lot; I’d recommend their service. The Wi‑Fi was poor, and the hot water worked intermittently—sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t.
