The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is outstanding, the location is great, and it’s very clean, but the parking is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it—just park elsewhere. The front desk staff, Valerie, was very inefficient, which was frustrating, and the hotel asked for a tip at checkout, which was shocking because I’d never seen that before; tipping culture is already outrageous, but hotels now? Ridiculous.

The breakfast was excellent, the welcome was very good, and the hotel’s location and cleanliness were spot on.

The staff were lovely and the restaurant wonderful, but the room was small and there was no power point in the bathroom.

The hotel and its location were great, yet I booked the same room type as last year and this time it was less than half the size; there was no space at all, and I couldn’t open the wardrobe without moving other furniture.
