The biggest perk here is that the Bernina Express stops right at the front door because the hotel is part of the train station.
The staff were genuinely helpful and welcoming.
shared dinner they prepared was both lovingly made and delicious.
The rooms keep the old‑world feel while looking fresh and clean.

“Beautiful setting, peaceful base for hiking.”
The setting was wonderful, the location perfect for hiking and riding the scenic train and bus around the area, and the host was very helpful and offered great local advice. The continental breakfast was sustaining and locally sourced, the staff were attentive, and a local cheese was a nice gift on departure (and it was a good cheese!). However, the guesthouse felt a bit claustrophobic for our tastes; it simply wasn’t what we expected, though it’s not really the property’s fault.
“Cozy, friendly little inn”
The inn is tiny but incredibly friendly, offering a quiet and relaxed vibe. The hosts and staff were warm and helpful, and the shared dinner they prepared was both lovingly made and delicious. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
“Bernina Express at your doorstep”
The biggest perk here is that the Bernina Express stops right at the front door because the hotel is part of the train station. It made hopping on the train effortless and saved a lot of time. Ideal for anyone traveling by rail.
The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere felt like family, the food was delicious and beautifully presented, and it was a quiet, soothing place. Small but fine.
“Historic charm with great hosts”
Sleeping in a renovated historic building was a real treat—the rooms keep the old‑world feel while looking fresh and clean. The hosts were amazing and the food they served was excellent. I'd gladly return.
