Bar Broadway

“Fantastic Location, Great Atmosphere and Comfortable Stay!”

The location was fantastic—everything is within a 10–15 minute walk, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The downstairs bar was lively, offering food, drinks, live music until late, and sports on TV. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with large windows and a very comfortable bed. Even though the bar was bustling, the room was surprisingly quiet at night with the windows closed, and I slept well. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I felt safe with secure door locks. Overall, a fantastic place to stay with great location, atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and excellent value. I would definitely return.

“Will definitely stay again. Not my usual choice of hotel in Sydney - but pretty reasonable.”

I stayed in a basic, clean room in the heart of Sydney at a fair price; the shared bathrooms were tidy and the bed was comfortable. Though the hotel and other reviews warned about traffic noise and provided ear plugs, my room at the back of the building overlooking the lane was quiet enough. The guest kitchen was missing cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, a toaster, and a working stove, but there was a microwave and every room had an electric kettle, which sufficed.

The place sits right next to the central station and Spice Alley, which is a fantastic dining spot; the room was bright, airy, clean, and offered a street view. The only drawback was hauling luggage up the stairs, and while the shared kitchen was spacious, it lacked cooking facilities even though there are plenty of eateries around.

The spot was convenient, but the walls let in a lot of noise and I had to check in at the bar instead of the front desk.

“Just above average at best. Pricey for what its worth”

The location was good and the staff were friendly, but the noise from outside—both traffic and people—was incredibly loud and made it hard to sleep.
