I had a great stay and everything was fine.
1) ACs not working 2)Rooms were not clean 3) Dirty towels 4) Bad smell in corridor 5) Spring bed
I recently stayed and was extremely disappointed by the service; the Front Desk/Housekeeping staff were indifferent and unhelpful when I raised concerns about billing and room keys, and I expected a much higher level of professionalism for the price paid, but instead I felt like an inconvenience to the team. I would not recommend this hotel if you value good customer service. Don’t go, request the hotel.
“Not a good experience overall”
The proximity to the station was a plus, but the staff didn’t cooperate, the bathroom was a leaking pipe, the toilet clogged the first day and never got cleaned despite several requests, and the hotel changed location without informing us.
The staff were good and the rooms were clean.
