Breakfast was lovely, the room was spacious, and the staff were helpful and friendly, though there was a little noise from building works in George Sq, which I knew about before booking so it didn't bother me.

The large room overlooking George Square was good, and the hotel is next to the rail station, though there could have been more choice for breakfast.

It’s close to everything, and after the street renovations are finished it will be a pleasant place to visit.

The room was lovely, clean, and the staff wonderful, and the location by Queen Street Rail Station is great. I have stayed here many times over the years and loved it, but now the restaurant is closed except for the breakfast buffet, so there's no lunch or dinner, no room service, and no afternoon tea. After traveling 22 hours and looking forward to afternoon tea or dinner in my room, I had to go out in the rain to find something to eat. Be aware of how their amenities have changed!
