The air conditioning was chilly, the shower hot, the bed firm, and the staff were very kind—overall a great value!

The room was scorching, even though we knew it was booked; the AC should have been switched on earlier, and the temperature hit the 100s that day. A coffee pot was in the room but no coffee was supplied; they claimed it was available in the office, but when I went in the morning the office was closed. The bathroom trim was half off the wall, the toilet seat was loose and worn, the sink faucet sprayed water everywhere when turned on, dark mold appeared below the sink, the window curtain didn’t cover the entire window, and there was no privacy. Meanwhile, another guest in a different room had to be moved during our check‑in because water was leaking into their room through a light socket in the ceiling. This was one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in.
