The location was top, and a small kit was offered and useful, but throughout the six nights no one came to clean the room, leaving papers and trash piled up in a completely abandoned room. The bathtub layout is catastrophic: a ledge runs around the wall and bathtub, causing water to splash in all directions each time it’s used, and the water always overflows outside. On top of that, the drainage is faulty, producing unbearable odors at night. Mold is visible in the shower and around the toilet area. Finally, the service was equally unacceptable: the night before departure I confirmed a 13:00 check‑out, but at 12:30 on the day of departure I received a short, rude call asking me to leave the room immediately. A deplorable experience in terms of hygiene and professionalism.

It was convenient to move around the station area, the bed was fine and the price was good, but the furniture layout wasn’t great. There was mold on the shower ceiling and water pooled on the floor after a shower; drainage was very poor.

It was cleaner, larger, and cozier than I had expected, and the subway station was very close, which was very satisfying.

The location was good, but everything was very dirty, the bathroom leaked everywhere, the mattress had a huge blood stain, and all the sheets and duvet were soiled, even the pillowcase and the duvet cover.

The staff were friendly, which I appreciated, especially since it was check‑in time and everyone was busy; they answered my questions politely and the room was well set up with a clean bathroom. Unlike other places where tables are always low and awkward, here there were both low and wide tables, so I could leave my luggage on one side and eat comfortably. I’m sensitive to smells and careful about the air‑conditioner, but even before summer I didn’t notice any odor and it worked well. The lighting was soft with several lamps, which I liked because I don’t like overly bright rooms.
