“Experiencia maravillosa”
We spent an amazing week with no complaints at all. The room was huge, spacious, and had a massive balcony. The pool area was great and the kids’ slides were awesome. The hotel wasn’t crowded, at least not the way we experienced it, even though we arrived mid‑July. There were people, but it was still calm. Throughout the week we never had trouble finding hammocks; I’ve never had to come down at 9 am to find free hammocks, but here we did. Every staff member was fantastic, from housekeeping to reception, waiters, chefs, the restaurant, lifeguards, photographers, and the entertainment team. They were always attentive, smiling, and very friendly. The entertainment was great; we had a mini‑dance floor for kids at night and later different activities like bingo and magicians. I want to highlight Ernesto’s kindness, always trying to involve us in the activities. Also Espe, Noldys, Veronika, and Nicolle were very pleasant. The waiters were great too. The food was excellent, even though the variety was limited, which is what matters most. The snack bar area was very complete, with burgers, hot dogs, fries, nuggets, fruit, sweets, and ice cream. The pool bar was a bonus, letting you relax in the shade while having a drink. We had a wonderful experience, my son loved it, and we’ll definitely come back.
The only downside was that the hotel mainly attracts foreign families—English, Italian, etc.—which made it hard for my son to make friends or have conversations, as we only met three Spanish families during the week.
