The location was very good, but the hotel didn’t offer breakfast. I want to highlight the excellent attention and willingness of all the staff, especially Barbara, Cielo, and Victoria, as well as the cleaning crew. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.

The bed was very comfortable and big 👍. It was our second time at this location. We were charged an insane amount for two small drinks from the fridge, which is why I deducted stars from my rating. We could have gotten 4L of any alcohol… in the US alcohol is very cheap.

The location was excellent and the price was good. The shower water was very weak, almost impossible to bathe. There was no soap or toilet paper daily, and every time we had to ask for more.

The hotel staff and restaurant team were wonderful, and the food was delicious. The hotel provides umbrellas, and the beach is very close by. The hotel is also conveniently located and within easy reach of all the main attractions and central areas. Siyalo, in particular, was amazing. She was extremely helpful and assisted us with every request and question we had. We truly appreciated her kindness and excellent service
