Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
I had a brief stay but loved the location, the hotel was tidy, and the staff were amazing; I’ll book again if I need to visit Cincinnati soon. Breakfast was good with many options, especially fresh fruit for me, and I hope they keep raising the standard. There was nothing negative about the hotel.

The room and the facilities were good, but the breakfast… The trash bins in the room aren’t emptied regularly; you have to wait more than two days.

Nothing impressive. At reception I was handed the key to a room that was already occupied.

The hotel was comfortable and in a good spot for our trip, but the facilities were quite basic—clean and comfortable, nothing special.

The place is clean and right in the middle of everything, and the outdoor patio seating was a nice perk. The breakfast buffet, which was already part of the room rate, was a great addition. However, the shower door in room 404 kept opening on its own, so water would splash onto the floor while I was showering, and I had to let the staff know about it when I checked out.
