We ended up staying at Tierra Alta, a club house linked to Tejeros, because we were disappointed with the original place and the room didn’t meet our expectations. The caretaker Ms. Paping handled everything professionally, as did Ms. Jen, the manager. They were flexible when we arrived late in the evening and I paid an extra supplement. Breakfast at Tierra Alta was excellent. We loved the place so much that we stayed late and paid extra for it. Hot chocolate is a must‑try at breakfast. The Tejeros before the pandemic was long gone. The vibe is completely different now and feels scary.
