The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, which made checking in a breeze. Unfortunately, the building shows its age – the fixtures are worn and the lights were out far too often, leaving parts of the hotel in darkness. It’s a mixed bag: great people, but the place needs some serious upkeep.

Luisa went out of her way to make us feel welcome, answering every question with a smile. The only downside was that the sleeping area felt like a sauna at night, making it hard to get comfortable. Good service, but bring a fan if you’re sensitive to heat.

I wasn’t thrilled with the location, and the glamping tents turned into mini ovens under the sun. To make matters worse, the air‑conditioning units in the tents were noisy and didn’t really cool things down. So between the spot and the heat, it wasn’t the relaxing getaway I hoped for.

The on‑site jacuzzi was a real treat after a long day of sightseeing. Finding the place, however, was a nightmare – there were no clear signs and the directions were vague, so we spent extra time wandering around. Nice soak, but the lack of signage is a pain.

Service was solid and the jacuzzi lived up to the hype, offering a nice soak after our hikes. The only thing missing was a trash bin inside the tent; we ended up juggling our waste elsewhere, which was inconvenient. Good staff and hot tub, just need a bin.
