“Relax, comfort e panorami spettacolari”
We had a truly pleasant stay. The apartment's location is splendid: it offers an incredible view and is convenient for reaching many beautiful nearby sights. The owner, Mr. Fabio, is extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to guests' needs. The house is very beautiful, tastefully furnished, and in perfect harmony with its surroundings. It also has everything needed for a fully comfortable holiday. For us, it was a pleasure to spend our days exploring the area and returning each evening to this wonderful apartment. An experience we strongly recommend. Super recommended!

The apartment is spacious and welcoming. The tiny rooftop terrace accessed by the spiral staircase is perfect for sunset drinks, breakfasts, etc. Valdipetrina is a very quiet area, ideal for a relaxing holiday, and although a bit off‑center from Città di Castello, it’s strategic for exploring the whole region. The host living nearby was very helpful and attentive.

The hilltop location with valley views is genuinely great, especially after many city nights; it’s a real sound‑relief. Sitting outside and eating there is also fantastic. The space is really nice too – separate bedroom, living‑and‑dining area, and kitchen. The bathroom is ample, and most rooms are thoughtfully furnished with old‑style pieces that give a unique charm. The price‑value is completely acceptable. The host Fabio is extremely friendly and replies quickly on WhatsApp. Nothing negative.
