The cleaning lady was friendly, but the staff were not pleasant and spoke poorly to guests. My reservation was cancelled by the receptionist, who blamed me for cancelling and then gave the 3‑night booking to someone else. I ended up finding a better hotel and will never return. I spoke politely to your receptionist, but I think she didn’t like my skin colour and spoke to me badly.

Good value for money for this well‑located hotel near La Rochelle, with a variety of breakfast options, a pleasant welcome, and a clean room. No complaints, though it can be a bit noisy depending on where you are because it’s close to the road.

The hotel’s location and hearty breakfast are great, but it would have been nice to have fresh apples, bananas, and oranges available. The shower tray in the room leaks, and the floor and baseboard show dust in places. Having only two towels in the room is too little.
