The host is very friendly, clearly wanting everything to go well so I feel comfortable. The room is clean and well‑maintained. For the modest price, it was a pleasant stay. I can hear the host and other residents a little through the wall, and I miss a lamp in the room to avoid using the main light.

The rent was reasonable, and I had flexibility with check‑in because of a flight delay; it worked out fine when I received a code. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and tidy.

The place was absolutely quiet, offering unbeatable value for money; besides the low price, they provided a pleasant selection of bottled water, tea, and coffee, and the atmosphere felt welcoming.
