Amazing service; Pelin went above and beyond for us the whole week, helping make our week. Beautiful rooms. Perfect location. Amazing facilities: gym, padel, heated outdoor pool, restaurants, shops, right on the Bosporus with lovely areas to walk around.

Our stay at the Rixos Hotel in Istanbul was simply fantastic. We were completely satisfied. The room was not only spacious but also tastefully furnished, giving us an immediate sense of comfort. With plenty of room for our family and a large, comfortable bed, we could truly relax. The entire property was impeccably clean, which we especially appreciated with two kids. The friendly staff made our visit even more pleasant. A special thanks to Leyla, who served as our personal concierge; her warm demeanor and professional care made our stay unforgettable. We are very grateful for everything and already look forward to our next visit!
