The hotel's staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but the overall design of the rooms and corridors left a lot to be desired. The metal hangers in the room were not only aesthetically unappealing but also difficult to use and noisy. Despite the staff's efforts, the hotel's value for money was not satisfactory.
