I had a really disappointing experience with the hotel's payment system. Despite booking and paying in advance, they claimed not to have received my payment and insisted I pay again. I showed them my receipts from the booking platform and PayPal, but they refused to listen. This was not only dishonest but also very frustrating, especially since I ended up paying twice for the same stay. On a positive note, the food was great.

However, I encountered some issues with the hotel, including unpredictable hot water, a distant view of the lake, difficulty finding the address due to an unclear address, and a location on a busy road with limited amenities nearby.
